What are your wholesale terms?
All wholesale customers are required to create an account though this website.
After that has been done, you may shop online.
For customers who are placing their first order with us, we ask that you pre-pay for it with a credit/debit card. After the first order has been paid for and received, if you wish, we can change your account type in our system, and you will then be able to check out using either "Due On Receipt", Net 30, or Net 60 terms, depending on our agreed upon arrangement with each other. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to establish these term changes after your first order is completed.
For non pre-paid orders, you will be issued an invoice from Quickbooks that will contain a link to make your payment.
We will assess a late fee for non-payment of NET terms (5% for 7 days past due, 7% for 14 days past due, and 10% for 30 or more days past due).
What is your Refunds/Replacement policy?
In the rare event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we will be more than happy to issue you a prompt, direct replacement. Items being returned for any other reasons are subject to the approval of the manager and will incur a restocking fee of 15%.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for drop-shipping; otherwise the minimum order is 10 pieces for Komatex items, and/or 5 pieces for HDPE.
Can I mix and match pieces to meet the minimum order quota?
Absolutely, within the material type.
For instance: in order to meet the 10 piece minimum for Table-Top Komatex, you may buy 3 purple velociraptors + 1 yellow pterodactyl + 6 green Tupuxuaras. The same principal applies to HDPE as well, in the sense that you can order any combination of colors and dinosaurs to reach the minimum of 5.
What is the average processing time for my order?
Our Komatex dinosaurs are typically pre-made and in-stock. Our HDPE dinosaurs are made to order. Because of this, a typical order will take between 3-5 business days to fabricate before shipping.
What method do you use for shipping, and how much does it cost?
We use FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on distance, weight, and cost. Each shipment will have a different weight, and the cost will be billed separately from the invoice for the items.
